Winner of the 2019 Goodreads Mystery & Thriller category. This book was very suspenseful and ended with a huge twist that I didn’t see coming. Alicia refuses to talk after her husband was murdered but psychotherapist Theo aims to find out what really happened that night.

This story grabs you right from the beginning. Greta is on vacation with her boyfriend Alex and his daughter Smilla. Alex takes Smilla out for an adventure but do not return, where did they go? Greta begins her search for the pair and her complicated past unfolds with each turn of the page.
